account records in a very current, user-friendly and comprehensive computer
system with many automated support functions. Discuss problem accounts with

Required Skills: HS diploma or equivalent required. One year of collections
experience or 3 years of direct sales, telemarketing or customer service
experience preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills a must.

The projected growth of the company is quite significant. Must have solid
collection experience and some supervision or management of a collection activity.
Required Skills: Collection experience, training experience, supervisory
experience. Knowledge of managerial systems and controls is essential. We
seek a person to join our team, to help build our team, to lead by example,
and to earn the privilege of leading our team. The ideal candidate must have
strong motivational and organizational skills, be results oriented, skilled
in training and developing both experienced and non-experienced collectors.
Great communication skills will help our Supervisor to be a great motivation

return for a management opportunity. Basic computer literacy is essential
(word processing, email, use of industry tools such as skip tracing software,

Compensation: Starting compensation program is negotiable but will
include a competitive base and commission on own collection plus override
on the collections of the assigned collectors. The right person will be willing
to go through the growth process of being a working supervisor (collections
responsibility and supervisory responsibility) and will have opportunities
for elevation of the compensation plan and level of responsibility as personal
reliability, leadership, management skills and team productivity is proven.

Compensation: Negotiable, we share earnings from collections and seek
an individual who will hit the ground running and define their compensation
plan out of the collections they generate themselves and through their team.
The right person will be willing to go through the growth process by being
a working manager at the start to learn the systems and to help the collection
effort. There is a definite promotion opportunity, if the results and chemistry
