Job Title: Outsource Account Manager
Job Description:
The Outsource Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
Managing the day-to-day operations of one or more outsource partners to ensure that all needs are met on both sides and that all contractual stipulations are adhered to. Direct activities relating to service levels and see to it that performance commitments are maintained and improved. Develop and manage implementation project plans for additional support services. Drive efforts to improve quality and service levels. Champion Outsource Partner to make known their strengths and improve their weaknesses. Find ways to share knowledge and bridge communication gaps across sites. Communicate process changes to Outsource partner(s) and ensure that they are prepared with training, tools, etc. Provide on-going quality assessments for Outsource call centers, testing for appropriate practices and procedures. Serve as single point of contact for escalation's and drive resolution through matrix management of key internal and external support teams. Minimize these escalation's to achieve contact rate goals. Work with Director, Outsource Support Relations, to prepare and conduct quarterly Business Review and ongoing quality summits to ensure high quality and value for Excite@Home customers.

Qualification Required: Requires prior call center experience and management of outsource support that includes effectively managing projects from inception through completion, managing cross-departmental relations, vendor relations and relationships with outside companies. Also, must be familiar with Implementation Methodologies, Tools, and Best Practices. The ability to lead and direct multiple teams to meet deadlines is also a must. Requires superior interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills. Must have excellent written skills that can tailor communications to any audience. Must be self-directed, able to work under pressure and capable of multitasking, managing several ongoing and varying projects / tasks at a time.

Qualifications Preferred: BS/BA degree or comparable training in operations management, with at least 5 years of related management experience in computer, data communications or related operations field. Job Title: Outsource Data Analyst/Developer
Job Description: The Outsource Data Analyst/Developer will be responsible for the following:
Serve as single point-of-contact for all report related issues for our Tier I and Tier II Outsource Partners. Work w/ Outsource Tools Specialist to develop and maintain tools performance benchmark tests in RWC as well as all Outsource sites. Work cross-functionally to represent Outsourcing in the development and maintenance of reports. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure outsource vendor reports are facilitating maximum customer satisfaction. Work with Oursource Account Manager(s) to ensure the reporting related needs of their vendors are met. Development and maintenance of reports, customized scripts, and data cubes from account, trouble ticketing, telecom and other databases, using Crystal Reports 7.0/Crystal Info 7.0 and SQL+. Produce SQL queries to support data mining efforts Assessment of departmental systems and procedures, leading to discovery and redress of inefficiencies. Assist with migration to web-based data distribution and automation.

Qualifications Required: Familiarity with NT/Win95 environments required, top-shelf Excel and MS Access (or equivalent) skills, experience with Crystal Reports design tool a strong plus, experience with Crystal Info v.7.0 and/or data cubes a strong plus. Experience with html and web development and exposure to SQL and Oracle database architecture a strong plus. Must have excellent written skills that can tailor communications to any audience. Must be self-directed, able to work under pressure and capable of multitasking, managing several ongoing and varying projects/tasks at a time.

Qualifications Preferred: BS in computer science, math, or business preferred. Exposure to call center environment and metrics a strong plus.
