Online Placements

In order to set you up as a client in our database there is a one-time activation charge of $24.95 for all collection accounts and a $49.95 for all judgments accounts. Since this is a one-time charge, once you have been set up as a client and your initial account is accepted, you can transfer any future accounts with no additional activation fee.

If you have multiple placements, are a commercial or retail business with a large inventory of accounts, or prefer to speak with a 1st NationWide representative you can do so by calling toll-free 888-847-2499 during the business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PT. Multiple accounts can be transferred to 1st NationWide electronically through email or access to our secured FTP site.

After an account has been placed, 1st NationWide may contact you for any paperwork to validate your claim. It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide requested documentation to 1st NationWide to validate their claim within ten days of the requested date or 1st NationWide at its option may cease all administrative and collection activities.
