Secure Client Mailboxes

1st NationWide is pleased to announce our new secure electronic data transfer client web mailboxes. Use of this "system" will speed the placement of accounts with us, reduce laborious and time consuming data entry and transcription (for you and for us), and most importantly improve accuracy.

General Information:

For the technically inclined, we have integrated a product of Sun Microsystems, the Sun Cobalt™ Secure Website Server with our state of the art collection software. This new highly secure system provides a complete solution for secure data transmittal and management of data. This assists in privacy and compliance issues that we all face in our businesses. This Website Server uses the Linux operating system and has enhanced backup and restore functionality, disaster recovery and comprehensive site-usage reporting. Each time a file is uploaded by you, an internal "system-generated" email is sent to 1st NationWide notifying us whenever new files are entered into the database that is part of the Secure Website Server system. Twice daily we sweep uploaded files into our collection systems.

Each user will possess a unique password. These passwords should be carefully protected, just as passwords should be kept private and only disclosed on a need to know basis. Each user has the ability to enter a unique password - known only to you! Upon initial login you will have the ability to create your new password..

With the password, a user gains access to a private mailbox and has the ability to upload and download files, enter data onto various forms, submit payment reports, and have the ability to receive 1st NationWide generated reports, newsletters, and confidential correspondence.
